Duties and responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and route calls to appropriate desks for immediate attention
- Provide information on the Commission’s services and how to access them.
- Research needed information using available resources in the Commission
- Make detailed and relevant notes from complainants’ interactions and ensuring the notes can be used immediately by legal office.
- Identify any issues that complainant might be struggling with and assisting with guidance
- Compiling reports on complainant’s feedback
Qualifications, experience and competencies
- HND Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a secretary is an advantage
- Knowledge Retention and Recall
- Speed and Efficiency
- Emotional Stability
- Empathy
- Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and beyond stipulated hours.
- Unquestionable integrity and commitment to duty.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
