Duties and responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
  • Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and route calls to appropriate desks for immediate attention
  • Provide information on the Commission’s services and how to access them.
  • Research needed information using available resources in the Commission
  • Make detailed and relevant notes from complainants’ interactions and ensuring the notes can be used immediately by legal office.
  • Identify any issues that complainant might be struggling with and assisting with guidance
  • Compiling reports on complainant’s feedback

 

Qualifications, experience and competencies

  • HND Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a secretary is an advantage
  • Knowledge Retention and Recall
  • Speed and Efficiency
  • Emotional Stability
  • Empathy
  • Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and beyond stipulated hours.
  • Unquestionable integrity and commitment to duty.
  • Good analytical skills.
